The Space:
Escape to this brand-new 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury retreat perched above lively 22nd Street. Thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and expansive living spaces, the home blends modern comfort with effortless coastal elegance.
The open-concept living area features a plush sofa, lounge chairs, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen boasts premium appliances, sleek countertops, and ample space for cooking and entertaining.
Down the hall, the first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and en suite bath, while a second guest suite includes a king bed and private bathroom. A convenient half bath is also located off the hallway. The primary suite crowns the space with a king bed, spa-inspired bathroom, and serene atmosphere for unwinding. Watch surfers of all types surf the world famous "Blackie's Beach" from the comfort of the spacious outdoor patio.

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
