LAKE LURE WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR RECREATIONAL BOATING, FISHING, OR SWIMMING IN THE 2025 SEASON. Although the lake is closed and lowered while Hurricane Helene cleanup continues, there is much that our beautiful foothills area has to offer. LAKE ADGER, LAKE LANIER, and MIRROR LAKE suffered no damage, so homes and those lakes are available. BALD MOUNTAIN LAKE in the resort is open and beautiful. We are welcoming guests in over 60 beautiful homes to use as a "home base" for visiting nearby towns, restaurants, shops, hiking areas, and seasonal special events in Lake Lure, Hendersonville, Asheville, Black Mountain, Saluda, and Tryon. Golf is open to the public at Rumbling Bald, and local area wineries, breweries, trails, and music are within an hour's drive. Many of the Chimney Rock shops are set up at the Tryon International Equestrian Center Pavilion. Chimney Rock Park is now open!

Step inside to a warm and inviting open-concept living area, where the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen flow seamlessly together—perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying quality time. From the dining area, step outside onto the expansive wraparound deck, complete with both a gas and charcoal grill—ideal for cookouts after a day on the lake or exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains.

On the main level, the spacious primary bedroom features a TV, an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination, and private deck access through sliding glass doors. Across the hall, a cozy queen guest bedroom with a TV also offers direct access to the deck, making it easy to enjoy your morning coffee with a view. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on the main level.

Downstairs, you’ll find a fun and functional space perfect for families or groups. A queen-size bunk bed room and a twin bedroom—each with a TV—share a jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower and combined laundry area. The lower level also includes garage access, where you’ll find a pool table and an extra refrigerator, along with parking space for one car.
