Soak up the sunrise and settle into easy beachside living at Gone Coastal, a top-floor oceanfront condo in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Located in The Regency Condominiums, this two-bedroom, two-bath unit features breezy, beach inspired décor with a nod to the ocean just beyond the private deck, and is only minutes away from the area's best restaurants, attractions, entertainment, and local shopping centers.
Step inside and you're immediately greeted by an inviting view of the Atlantic. The open living space includes a cozy sitting area, dining for four, a convenient bar with additional seating, and a modern kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a stylish tile backsplash. Step through the sliding doors onto the private, covered balcony for front-row views of the Atlantic—ideal for morning coffee, quiet afternoons, or winding down after a day at the beach.
The oceanfront king bedroom is a true retreat, with deck access and an en suite bathroom. A second bedroom with two twin beds is perfect for kids or extra guests and shares a hall bath with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The condo is tastefully decorated with updated furnishings and coastal touches throughout, making it feel like your personal getaway from the everyday.
As part of the Regency community, guests also enjoy access to the community pool, a shared luggage lift, and a dune-top deck with built-in benches—perfect for catching the breeze or watching the waves roll in.
Please note: There is no elevator at The Regency Condos. This unit is on the 4th floor and requires guests to walk up several flights of stairs.
