Sink into the vintage leather sofa by the heart-warming gas fireplace or, on perfect Hunter evenings, relax and breathe in whilst relaxing on the BBQ deck with a glass of award-winning De Iuliis wine (their cellar door is a “must visit”). And speaking of the outdoors, the views at Stevens Vineyard Cottage across the wide-open vineyard paddocks are simply dreamy. It’s the perfect spot to take a leisurely dip in their custom, circular plunge pool whilst you take in the setting sun.

And if entertaining is your thing, you won’t be able to resist whipping up a glorious cheese and charcuterieboard from a day of Hunter touring in the gourmet kitchen design to gather and have a fabulous night in. No holiday is complete without a friendly challenge or two in the games room. When it's time to explore, Guests will love being a hop, skip and a jump to many wineries, restaurants, cellar doors, wedding venues, concert venues and the Hunter Valley Gardens. Simply turn left from front gate to wine taste at award winning Vinden and Scarborough cellar doors or, turn left right to savour delicious Italian cuisine at Pescara.

Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 8 guests from $1266 per night (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 8 guests from $950 per night (Monday-Thursday)
Infants under 2 years free of charge
Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
