refundable access card required per vehicle.



**Important Notes:**

* Pool/spa heating is $35/day + tax (request at least 7 days before arrival).

* There are two cameras on the outside of the home for your security, but neither of the cameras have a view of the private areas of the home or the pool deck. The first camera is mounted outside looking at the driveway and roadway while the second camera is mounted on the side of the home directly viewing the pool equipment.

* Resort parking rules apply: max 3 cars, no street parking.

**GUEST SCREENING**

By placing a reservation with Property Manager and accepting these Terms &

Conditions, you, as the Guest, give permission to C & M Worldwide Holdings

Inc. to use a third-party company, Safely, to screen your identity and check

criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. A guest screening

process will be conducted, and further instructions will be provided to

complete this step.
