Grey River Beach House - 10 minutes to Wye

Awaken to the gentle embrace of ocean vistas at Grey River Beach House, a sanctuary nestled along Victoria's Great Ocean Road. With its newly renovated, architecturally designed space, every corner invites you to leave the digital world behind and reconnect with nature's grandeur.
Ocean vistas greet you from every room, drawing you into an open-plan living area warmed by a traditional wood fireplace. Slide open the glass doors to the expansive ocean-facing deck, where outdoor dining and BBQ's promise unforgettable moments under the stars. The well-equipped kitchen beckons culinary adventures, while the adjacent dining area invites shared meals and laughter.
Retreat to the master bedroom, complete with floor-to-ceiling robes and direct deck access. After beach combing, rinse off in the tiled bathroom's hot rainwater shower, conveniently located in the mud room.

Generally, we are a pet-free house. However, if you have a small dog, please contact us to discuss before you book. We are happy to supply a small amount of firewood from April - October for the wood heater, you can always bring your own or purchase from the Wye River General Store.
Grey River Beach House is located on Victoria’s spectacular Great Ocean Road, 2.5 hours drive from Melbourne and just under 2 hours from Avalon Airport. Positioned mid way between Lorne and Apollo Bay both are half an hours spectacular drive in either direction. You will need your own car to get to Grey River (there is no public transport connection) and when you arrive there is uncovered parking on site.
Be prepared to unplug and have a digital detox, the house has no Wifi, no television and depending on your service provider phone reception can be limited along the Otway Coast.
