Upon entry, a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area greats you, with native bushland your backdrop.
The spacious bathroom, bedroom, well equipped kitchen with island/breakfast bar, comfy arm chairs, cozy fire for those winter months and unlimited internet provides everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
Within the house are multiple authentic figurines, artwork, pictures and furnishings. The large Indian barn style bedroom doors certainly the centre of attention.
Through the middle of the property runs a stream and a pond, while further back on the section is a larger fresh water creek. Scattered around the grounds are multiple quirky status made by the owner himself, but one thing for sure is no matter wherever you may wander it is definitely therapeutic! You will probably even see Eli the large old Eel slithering his way through the crystal clear waters just over the little bridge. Birdsong is abundant in the bountiful trees and in May-June we are very fortunate to be visited by a number of NZ's native Kaka Parrots whom just love the nuts on the three beautiful Pecan Trees.

Located 2.5kms from the heart of town, 4.5km to Oamaru Bay Beach/Boat ramp and 5.6 kms to Long Bay Beach/Boat ramp, this gorgeous holiday home certainly is ideally situated for that perfect getaway.

There is unfenced ponds/streams close to the house therefore is not suitable for young children.
There is a lady who lives further down the property from your accommodation. You may see her walking around the outskirts of the pond and section if she is needing to leave the property. She is unobtrusive.
