Content that you enjoyed the stay in our apartment. There is an air conditioner that works properly and is regularly maintained by a specialized team. I will leave a note in the apartment detailing how it works. It is with pleasure that we will welcome you for a next occasion.

You are the first person who did not enjoy your stay in our apartment. We have tried to understand what bothers you and satisfy you as best we can. I remind you that we exceptionally agreed that you come with your 2 older children even though the apartment is normally designed for 2 people. It was to please you that we finally accepted, because you insisted. You left the apartment late and my cleaning lady who had planned to clean that day had to return the next day. A neon tube in the bathroom did not work. When you reported it to me, I wanted to send you someone straight away and I sent you a WhatsApp message on Thursday 23rd at 8:44 a.m. then called you twice with WhatsApp and on your phone at 8:50 a.m. and 8:57 a.m. but you haven't responded. At the start of your stay, there was a general outage throughout the island of Tahiti. Thinking that it was a problem in the apartment, you manipulated the electrical panel and disconnected the hotplates, which my rearator started again when he changed the neon tube in the bathroom. If the stay seemed so unpleasant to you, you could have taken 2 hotel rooms at Pearl Beach, in the same complex, and contrary to what you told me, after checking, there was still availability at that time. We would of course have refunded you pro rata. Obviously, the price would have been multiplied by at least 4, so I understand that you preferred to stay in the apartment where we had also offered you late check-out, which would not have been the case at the hotel. You unfortunately confuse private accommodation with a high-end hotel service and it saddens me very much that you do not retain any positive points of the apartment which are nevertheless put forward by our other tenants.

We thank you for your comments. Regarding the corkscrew and the vegetable peeler, there was one, but was lost by the previous tenants and I had not noticed it. So I'm going to put it back. Regarding the downstairs air conditioner, it has been deactivated because there is already an air conditioner upstairs which is open to the entire apartment. The second air conditioning is therefore unnecessary. As for the parquet, it is not composite but an original coconut palm wood parquet which will be renovated soon. Hoping to welcome you on another occasion.

Thank you for your nice comment. For the moment, we had decided to leave the parquet in authentic coconut wood. Until now it was correct but I will check its condition and I will change it if necessary. The air conditioning, which is regularly checked by a specialized company, cools the entire apartment. Sorry about your husband who had knee surgery. It is a duplex (as specified in the announcement) which is therefore on 2 levels, with the disadvantage of having a few steps to climb to get to the bedroom but the advantage of having 2 balconies and a breathtaking view from the top floor.
