Spacious living and kitchen area. There is a heat pump/air conditioner plus woodburner in the upstairs living room and each bedroom has its own heater. There's a landscaped area with a s hot tub and BBQ. The house comes with free Wifi and Netflix.
Ideal for a groups, Panoramic is located on Queenstown Hill, 3 minutes by car or a 20-25 minutes stroll downhill to the town centre.

Guest access is via a keypad and lockbox that is located onsite. You will be sent the access information 3 days out from your arrival.
We are available on call between 8am and 9pm to assist you with any issues you have during your stay. Otherwise you will be given complete privacy during your stay at Panoramic.
Panoramic is located in a private, quiet residential neighbourhood. Please note that council bylaws restrict outside noise between 10pm and 8am (therefore the spa is not allowed to be used after 10pm)
Panoramic is about a 25 minute walk to downtown Queenstown or less than a 5 minute drive by car. An Uber will cost $15-20 from town.
The walk back is up a couple of steep hills so reasonable fitness required

- Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional cost. Contact us and we can organize this for you.
