As night falls, gather around the fire pit and toast marshmallows beneath a starlit sky. The fully fenced yard provides a safe space for kids and pets to roam freely.

All four bedrooms feature queen beds, offering a restful retreat after a day out. The front bedroom is peaceful and light-filled, while a second opens to the garden and connects to a larger third room with views of the pool. A fourth bedroom sits privately off the rear hallway, warmed by an electric heater and overlooking the backyard. Two bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub and underfloor heating that continues through the rear hallway. The laundry includes a washer and dryer to make longer stays simple.

There’s off-street parking for two vehicles via a driveway and carport, plus free street parking nearby. With Chromecast, books, board games and thoughtful details throughout, every corner invites you to feel at home. Please note that the third bedroom is accessible through the second bedroom.

It’s a two-minute drive to the town centre, where you’ll find local favourites like The Dancing Goat, Mudgee Brewing Co, and Lawson Park Hotel for pub meals, alongside cafes like Alby & Esthers and Outside the Square. Wander the boutique shops and homewares stores along Church Street, or stock up on essentials at Coles and Woolworths, both located nearby. Mudgee Golf Club is just a nine-minute walk from the property, making it easy to fit in a round of golf during your stay. Within a six-minute drive, begin your tasting journey at some of the region’s top cellar doors, including Three Tails Brewery, Burrundulla Wines, The Cellar by Gilbert, and the Mudgee Small Winemakers Centre.
