Situated within the beautiful beachfront complex of the Mirage Resort, surrounded by 130 hectares of lush tropical gardens and an 18-hole golf course, Villa 124 is located on the northern side of the grounds and forms part of a block of 4 villas. Well maintained and bordered by landscaped gardens, it’s conveniently close to the resort’s central facilities, the iconic Four Mile beach and only a few minutes’ drive into town.
Entrance to the property is via security gates and an allocated undercover car park is available for your convenience. Air conditioned throughout, coupled with ceiling fans in the bedrooms for added comfort, Villa 124 is timeless in design and offers open plan living, making it the perfect choice for your next stay.
Offering two generous sized bedrooms with built-in robes, the master is located upstairs with an ensuite and private balcony, whilst the second on the ground floor shares the main bathroom and has its own private courtyard area. Laundry facilities are available within. The kitchen boasts marble benchtops and is fully equipped, making meal preparation easy. It’s ideal for families, smaller groups or couples, not wanting to dine out every night. The alfresco area flows out from the living room and can be accessed via ceiling to floor glass sliding doors. It’s perfect for your entertaining needs, offering additional space and privacy, within a fully self-contained property.
