- There is wildlife activity in the area; children should be supervised at all times
- Bears may visit the property from time to time; please remove all food from your vehicles, and keep vehicle windows, vehicle doors, and cabin doors closed and locked
- This property features 5 exterior surveillance cameras: 1 camera is located on the front porch facing out, 1 camera is on the left side of the cabin facing out, 1 camera is on the right side of the cabin facing the parking area, 1 camera is on the back deck facing the basement door/back property (owner access only), and 1 camera is on under the deck facing the HVAC system.
