Our property is nestled in the renowned Point Grey neighborhood on Vancouver’s West Side—a historic, upscale residential area that also shines as a highly sought-after tourist destination. Dominated by low-density villas, the community is steeped in an atmosphere of tranquility and elegance, where architecture and streetscapes unfold like a moving painting. Every step reveals a poetic scene, exuding timeless charm and refinement.
The surrounding amenities are impeccably comprehensive, putting diverse lifestyles within easy reach:
• A mere 2-minute walk leads you into the lush embrace of Pacific Spirit Regional Park, where you can savor natural serenity.
• In approximately 15 minutes on foot, you’ll arrive at University Golf Club, ready to indulge in the joy of teeing off anytime.

• Two Bedrooms: Both of them have a queen-size bed (1.5m).
• Open-Concept Living Space: Integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The sofa can be converted into a double bed.
• Practical Amenities: One bathroom (with an operable vent window), a laundry area, and an outdoor patio.
• To welcome FIFA 2026, we have specially equipped a high-definition TV and subscribed to multiple channels including sports and entertainment.
• Free street parking is available on 12th Street, providing great convenience for guests traveling by car.
Guest Access Rights
1. You will have exclusive use of the entire unit, including the two bedrooms, open-concept living area, bathroom, laundry area, and outdoor patio—all facilities are fully equipped and ready for your use.
2. The kitchen (with cookware), washing machine/dryer, and sofa bed are all accessible to you. We also provide basic kitchen supplies, essential cooking seasonings, and laundry detergent for your convenience.
3. There is no need to share the above spaces with others. We kindly request no pets or indoor smoking; if you smoke on the patio, please clean up afterward.
