The Space:

Serenity at Hidden Forest is a bright, modern townhome designed for fun family vacations and relaxed getaways. Set in a quiet, resort-style community with a clubhouse, swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, playground, and game room, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home offers easy indoor–outdoor living and plenty of space to spread out.



Step inside to an open-concept main floor with clean, minimalist style. The living area features a large sectional, smart TV, and sliders that open wide to the screened lanai for seamless flow. The sleek chef’s kitchen comes fully equipped with full-size appliances, coffee maker, blender, and plenty of cookware. Gather at the glossy island for breakfast (seating for three) or at the dining table set for four.



Your private screened patio is the star of the show. Cool off in the plunge pool, lounge in the Adirondack chairs, or enjoy alfresco meals at the bistro table. The screen keeps the space bug-free while letting in the Florida sunshine.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

• Bedroom 1 (downstairs): calming guest room with a queen bed and easy access to a full bath with a modern vanity and walk‑in shower.

• Primary suite (upstairs): serene retreat with a king bed, sofa bed, dresser, TV, and a spacious ensuite bath featuring a double vanity with LED mirrors and a glass walk‑in shower.

• Bedroom 3 (upstairs): cheerful kids’ room with a playful Stitch theme, a twin-over-twin bunk plus a separate twin bed, dresser, and TV.

• Bathrooms: three full baths total—primary ensuite with double vanity and walk‑in shower; upstairs hall bath with a tub/shower combo; and a main-floor bath with a walk‑in shower.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

You'll also find a variety of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores within easy reach, making your stay even more convenient.



Your stay includes complimentary access to all clubhouse amenities, featuring a heated resort-style pool, relaxing spa, game room, and a fully equipped fitness center. This allows you to relax and unwind after a day at the parks.

✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit 200.00 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

We have full-time handymen, managers, inspectors, and housekeeping staff available within our company schedule to support you.
