Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

Bedroom 1: King bed downstairs with a 55" Smart TV, ceiling fan, a small walk-in closet, 1 chest, 2 bedside tables, full-length mirror, and stool. This cozy space provides a serene retreat with all the comforts you need for a restful night's sleep.
Bedroom 2: Two Full Beds downstairs, small walk-in closet, 1 chest, 1 dresser, 2 bedside tables, and full-length mirror. Perfect for kids or friends, this room offers ample space and storage for all your belongings.
Bedroom 3: King bed upstairs with a 65" LGE Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, patio, and ceiling fan. This master suite is a luxurious haven with a large walk-in closet. The bedroom is furnished with 1 bench, 1 chest, 1 dresser, and 2 bedside tables, offering both comfort and functionality.
Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1: Primary upstairs with a separate soaking tub, glass/tile walk-in shower, dual sink vanity, lighted mirror, and hair dryer. The walk-in closet now offers ample storage space.
Bathroom 2: Downstairs shared bathroom with a tub-shower combo and hair dryer. To make getting ready for a night on the town easier for guests staying on the first floor, accommodations include a small vanity and magnified mirror in the well-lit large laundry room adjacent to the full bath.

Additionally, step out onto the balcony off the living area to find 2 outdoor Adirondack rocking chairs and a table, perfect for taking in the amazing views and fresh mountain air.

Our fully equipped kitchen is a culinary dream. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need, from cookware and dinnerware to a coffee maker and griddle. The oven and stove are gas, ensuring precise cooking control. The sideboard offers ample storage for large platters and bowls. Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for 8, or grab a quick bite at the bar with seating for 3. Take in expansive, breathtaking mountain views while you enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine rocking in the two Adirondack chairs on the balcony.

Bedroom Comforts

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful night's sleep. The master suite upstairs offers a king bed, a private patio, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom, complete with a 65" LGE Smart TV for personal entertainment. Hangers and laundry baskets are provided in each bedroom's walk-in closet. Downstairs, the additional king bedroom also features a 55" Smart TV, ensuring comfort and entertainment for all guests. The second downstairs bedroom with two full beds offers flexibility and ample storage space, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Parking

Our townhouse offers convenient parking options with a private garage for two small to mid-size vehicles and driveway space for two additional vehicles. Please note that RVs, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles are not permitted.

We’re “Dog Friendly!”

We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. If your pet is accepted, the pet fee, which covers both hosting and pet cleaning, will be added to the reservation. Some restrictions apply.

Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350.
Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay.
No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!
