Situated on the edge of the picturesque Waimea estuary within the seaside Grand Arden Monaco Resort, this lovely cottage is only a short drive to Nelson Airport & the City Centre, offering easy access to Nelson-Tasman's many attractions & activities.
The Village Green Apartment features a kitchenette with cooking facilities, a spacious living area opening to a sunny & private courtyard, dedicated high-speed WiFi, TV & two upstairs bedrooms & bathrooms.
Enjoy Full Access to the surrounding resort's Swimming Pool & Fitness Room facilities & take advantage of the beautiful walk around the picturesque Monaco Peninsula. If you are cyclists, head out on the local cycle trails, which connect to the Great Taste Cycle Trail. There is also a jetty nearby for boat, kayak & paddleboard enthusiasts or fishermen, & local amenities such as hair & beauty salon About Beauty, a jeweller, Brick Eatery Restaurant & Honest Lawyer Pub!
Stoke Village centre is just a 5min. drive for more dining options, supermarkets & more. And Nelson City centre is just 15 minutes drive.

• Located within the Monaco Resort complex this privately offered sunny apartment offers proximity to Monaco & Stokes main venues, Saxton Oval, Tahunanui Beach (<10min drive) & Nelson City Centre (15min drive)

• Upstairs - 1 (Master ensuite): Shower, Heated towel rail, Toilet & Vanity,

⭐️Inclusions
• The Village Green Apartment will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.
• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2.5 hours will be included in your booking.
• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
• The Village Green Apartment is a private apartment within the Grand Arden Monaco Resort. Full access to the resorts facilities (pool, fitness room) is provided as part of your booking with us.
• Swimming Pool - Please note that the swimming pool is closed through the Winter months (from mid May to end of September).
Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.
• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.
• Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
