Monaco Resort Apartment is a contemporary townhouse boasting a private courtyard, complemented by an on-site restaurant, pool, and gym facilities. Conveniently located in close proximity to the airport and the bustling city center, this is the perfect blend of modern living and accessibility. For outdoor enthusiasts, the renowned Great Taste Trail for biking is right across the road. Embrace the perfect fusion of contemporary comfort and accessibility at Monaco Resort Apartment.
Step inside through its cedar double doors and discover exceptional fittings and fixtures, including Parisian-inspired parquet flooring and bespoke joinery. The open-plan living area features a spacious lounge, dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen with premium appliances. The master bedroom comes with ensuite facilities.
You'll find the Brick Eatery Restaurant and Honest Lawyer Pub just a short stroll away. Stoke Village Centre, offering additional dining options, supermarkets, and more, is only a 5-minute drive. The vibrant Nelson City Centre is a mere 15-minute drive from your doorstep.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- Monaco Resort apartment is a private apartment within the Grand Arden Monaco Resort. Full access to the resorts facilities (pool, fitness room) is provided as part of your booking with us.
- This apartment is thoughtfully designed without a washing machine or dryer; however, worry not, as just next door, you'll find a convenient laundromat ready to meet your laundry needs.
- Please note that the swimming pool is closed through the Winter months (from 1 July to mid-November).
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
