Welcome to your perfect Murray Bridge getaway! This spacious, modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfectly positioned for families, groups, and anyone passionate about water sports.
The property is specifically designed to maximise your time on the beautiful Murray River, combining unbeatable convenience with comfortable, modern living.
A Guided Tour: Your Riverside Home
Begin your stay by stepping onto the front verandah, where a table for six awaits. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet evening meal or your morning coffee with peaceful river views.
Through the double glass sliding doors, you enter the main open-plan dining and living area. This bright space features comfortable seating (a comfy sofa) and a TV for relaxing downtime.
The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly from the dining area. It includes everything you need for self-catering, such as a microwave, full cooktop/oven, and a family-size fridge to keep all your drinks cool.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Down the hallway, you'll find the main bathroom and the three bedrooms:
Main Bathroom: Designed for busy mornings, it features a separate toilet room and a separate shower and bathtub. This smart layout allows someone to use the hand basin while another is showering or bathing.
Laundry: Off the main hall, the laundry offers convenience with a washing machine and clothes airers. It also provides direct access to the fenced backyard, where you'll find an outdoor clothesline.
Master Suite: The main bedroom is a comfortable retreat with its own ensuite, complete with a shower, toilet, and hand basin, as well as plenty of hanging space for your clothes.
