This modern four bedroom home with 2 dining areas, 2 bathrooms and a pool table is situated next to a river side reserve, which hosts a boat ramp, BBQ area and a new play ground for the kids. This offers plenty of room for a game of cricket or football or just to spread out and enjoy the peaceful location.

Or wonder back to the house and sit back on the front decking and enjoy the river life.

$290 per night Off Peak Winter months with a 2 night minimum stay.
$390 per night for Peak with a 2 night minimum stay.
$390 per night Summer SA School Holidays with a 5 night minimum stay. Excluding New Years which has a 7 night minimum stay @ $475 per night
$435 per night for Long Weekends with a 3 minimum nights stay applicable. (excluding January long weekend - please see Summer rate)
$440 per night for Easter with a 4 night minimum stay applicable
$475 per night for New Years 4-night minimum stay applicable for 2022-23

$120 cleaning/Linen fee applies for each booking
