When it’s time for fun, head to the games room equipped with a smart TV, table tennis table and dart board - a favourite spot for kids, teens, or anyone up for a little friendly family competition.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you’ll need to whip up everything from lazy breakfasts to seafood feasts. You’ll also find a washer and dryer for convenience during longer stays.

Guests are welcome to bring their pets upon request. Please bring along their bedding, bowls and toys. A one-off $55 pet fee applies. Please note that the garden is not fully secure for pets.

If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.

Please be aware that the Mornington Shire has strict guidelines that affect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.
