Resort Fun at its Best. This South Shore Lake Resort 3 bedroom/3 bathroom multi-level condo sleeps 8 and has fabulous views of Lake Hamilton with floor to ceiling windows to maximize your viewing pleasure. The master has a King bed with en suite featuring a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed with access to the full size bathroom. The lower level bedroom has 2 king size beds with a large bathroom with walk-in shower and extra large jetted tub. The gorgeous living room features a new sofa and love seat with a large flat screen TV. The full size kitchen comes fully appointed to cover all of your cooking needs. The lower level also boasts a large family room with sofa and love seat, a kitchenette with small fridge, wine cooler and microwave. You will have full access to all of the Resort amenities including the newly refurbished 9 hole mini-golf, Cabana hot tub, sauna room and game room with billiards and ping pong, tennis, pickle ball, basketball and shuffleboard. The Cabana and lakefront pools are closed for the season. This unit is centrally located off of 7 South close to many restaurants and water fun. Oaklawn Race Track and Casino is only 5 miles away and Magic Springs is 14 miles away! This resort is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun time in Hot Springs!

Hot Springs Vacay

Nice Stay!

Condo is very clean, spacious and amenities are great for families. Had one issue with the Direct TV on two of the TV’s. After texting host, help was immediately there to rectify the situation. Liked the location and that it is gated so we felt very safe. Would stay again!

Family memories

Our thanksgiving holiday was made very special by the lovely, updated condo. The property was clean, as usual, and the view was spectacular. My family and I have frequented this property and always enjoy our stay. Hot Springs is a lovely town and we look forward to many more stays to make our family gatherings special. From booking to check out, everything was a breeze.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. We absolutely loved it. There is plenty of room. Very quiet. Loved the balcony and the views of the lake and mountains in the distance. I woud definitely book again.

Nice Property

Perfect layout for a family with teens. The downstairs was perfect for our 17 year old and his best friend. Rooms were spacious and very clean. It could do with a little updating but overall a great place to stay.

Very convenient, clean, easy to settle

We had lots of fun staying. It was great to have a spot to casually gather before going out to explore the town. The amenities are great with adults and kids. Plenty to do even on rainy days with the cabana. Plenty of room for 6 of us at the kitchen table and den area too. Property manager is super responsive.

Great Condo with easy Access to Lake and Town Activities

Updated condo. We took advantage of the abundant decking with views to the lake below, the pool, and easy access to grocery/convenience stores and town activities only a few minutes away everywhere we went. Beds were comfy and kids had their own efficiency apartment downstairs so we gained quiet privacy from the family in the evenings as we wanted.

Great place to stay in Hot Springs!

We loved everything about this property except the neighbors upstairs who had small children running and jumping late into the night. Other than that it was very clean, well stocked and in a great location to get to everything in HS quickly and easily.

The condo was perfect for us and two other couples in for a weekend at the races. We all loved this condo!! Very spacious, very clean, great kitchen with everything we needed. Downstairs bed room and living area was great. Awesome view!!!! We will definitely contact you again for a family vacation.

Spacious but very outdated

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious, plenty enough room for our family of 6. I was quite disappointed in how outdated the condo was. The floors and master bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated. Both sets of living sofas were fairly modern and comfortable. But much of the decor and furnishings were extremely outdated. There was a trash compactor in the kitchen (no regular trash can), which ended up getting stuck closed toward the end of our stay. The pictures definitely did not reveal how outdated this condo actually was. The biggest inconvenience was that there was no ice maker in the freezer. This should be standard for a condo in 2023! We had to make ice with ice trays and there was no bin to dump them in, so we had to use a bowl. We enjoyed our stay overall because of the amenities in the complex (pools, basketball goal, mini golf), but this condo was definitely not worth the price.

The Perfect Getaway Stay

The property was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my family. The property had activities to entertain the teenagers. It was quiet and had the most beautiful view of the lake. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Nice staycation home

We stayed for 3 nights for new year, the house is deeply cleaned and it is exactly as it shown in the pictures. Property is old but it’s clean. We enjoyed the stay and will sure come back for Spring

Very spacious and great views!!

The living room and master bedroom have been updated, however the rest of the condo definitely has a 70's feel to it!! :) However, there is tons of space... way more than the pictures show! This would be great for two couples or two small families. I wish more of the amenities would have been opened. We did not get to check in early but they did let us check out an hour later, which was nice. I do wish there would have been hand soap at the kitchen sink, especially with everything going on a $0.97 bottle of hand soap would have been great!!!
