The Space:

A 2-bedroom condo at the foot of Crested Butte Mountain Resort — built for a family of 6 or two couples. Self check-in, elevator access, and the lifts are 3 minutes out the door.



➔ Living Area (open-concept, stone fireplace, mountain view)

Sectional around a wood-burning stone fireplace with a hanging hammock chair in the corner. Picture windows frame the mountain. Sofa bed pulls out as the 5th/6th sleep surface.



➔ Kitchen (full-size, open to dining)

Full-size fridge, electric range, dishwasher, coffee maker. Dining table under a chandelier seats 4.



➔ Bedroom 1 — Primary King (1 King bed)

King bed under wood-beam ceiling. Adjacent to the main hall bath with single vanity.



➔ Bedroom 2 — Twin Room (2 Twin beds)

2 twin beds — the kids' room, or solo-sleeper beds for a second couple. Adjacent to the second bathroom (double vanity + tub/shower).

Full private access to the 2-bedroom condo. Self check-in via smart lock — code sent the morning of arrival. Building has elevator access.

The Neighborhood:

You're in Mt. Crested Butte — the base village at the foot of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. The Plaza sits at the center of it: lifts, après-ski restaurants, coffee shops, and gear rentals all within a 5-minute walk.



In summer, the village turns into a mountain biking and hiking hub with chairlift-accessed singletrack and the Wildflower Festival (Crested Butte is Colorado's official Wildflower Capital).



Historic downtown Crested Butte is 3 miles down-valley. Elk Avenue's preserved Victorian main street has the best small-town dining in Colorado — Secret Stash pizza, Sunflower, Soupçon — plus galleries, bars, and a free shuttle from the village so nobody has to drive home.

- Denver International (DEN): 4.5-hr drive — shuttle services available (Alpine Express, Dolly's)

- Free Mountain Express shuttle: runs between the village and downtown every 15 min in winter

- Rideshare: Uber/Lyft available but limited, especially late night — shuttle is more reliable

- Winter driving: Hwy 135 is well-maintained; AWD/4WD or chains recommended during storms
