Please Read Before Booking: While there is direct beach access behind the building, the on-site pool is closed for a full restoration. Construction to install the new pool and decking is scheduled for September 2025 through approximately June/July 2026. Beach access will remain open. In October 2025, the geothermal unit will be repaired, which may result in a brief A/C outage. By booking, you acknowledge this status and that rates reflect these temporary impacts.

🚧 Important amenity notice: The community pool at Sandpiper Towers is currently under construction and is not available for guest use at this time. The heated pool is expected to be completed in August 2026.
