Paradise by the bay

This condo was the perfect little getaway for my husband and I. Riverside Club is a quiet, retreat that is well kept up and maintained. I felt very comfortable and safe there. This particular condo had a view of the bay and marina. It was fun to sit on the lanai and watch boats and look for dolphins! The condo was very clean and comfortable! The host was very responsive and even came to the condo to discuss and inspect the small issue that we had. Virginia is a great host! There were also several restaurants close by that we could walk to,which was nice! I highly recommend this condo!

Loved this condo!

This property was beautifully remodeled and has tasteful and updated decor with large tv and king sized bed. The view from the balcony is wonderful and enjoyed watching the boats go by everyday. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed including gear for the beach which was much appreciated.

Above and Beyond Expectations

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at this property for a week in February 2025. I would give it a 10 rating if i could. From the reservation process, the check in process and the property itself. Above and beyond our expectations. We saw dolphins daily from the deck along with being able to walk to some of our new favorite spots for meals and entertainment. The host was just awesome to deal with and was very helpful with recommendations. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time we visit Marco Island.

A perfect condo with a gorgeous view

The condo at Riverside was exceptional. very clean, owner east to communicate with. Location was excellent. easy walks to restaurant. Pool large enough not to be crowded and temperature of the water was perfect. Pickle ball court right outside your door. I would highly recommend this place.easy to communicate with. Very nice stay

Rental was great! Very clean, easy checkin, responsive host. I wouldn’t say it was family friendly, we had our 3yr old and when we went to the pool near our unit, a resident told us the other pool was for families so we packed up and went over there to learn that there was no “family pool” just some grumpy residents that didn’t want kids around. The pool was way too warm to be refreshing, so we just hung out at the gorgeous South Marco Beach.

Wonderful vacation spot and amazing host

Beautiful property and spectacular condo. Very clean, nicely decorated with every amenity you could need and more! Great view of the bay and the pool is steps away. One of the islands best restaurants, Snook Inn is a short walk with great food and music every night. We truly enjoyed our stay in this little slice of paradise at this lovely place.

We enjoyed every part of this stay. The condo location and amenities were perfect for us. It was nice to walk to several restaurants. The Condo was very clean and stocked well with everything. The view was beautiful, couldn’t have hoped for more.

Beautiful family getaway spot!

We absolutely loved this condo for our little family Getaway. It was very close to everything and our favorite part was sitting on the lanai at night and watching the boats and dolphins! Condo was very clean and Ginny was a great host who helped with suggestions of restaurants and beaches to visit. We plan to go back and visit Marco island again in the near future and will definitely be interested in staying here again.

Great location and communication!

We have rented this condo twice now and we love the complex and the location. The kitchen is well stocked and lovely, there is a huge flat screen tv and there are plenty of towels. Ginny is an excellent communicator. I only gave it 4/5 points because the dishwasher didn’t work and the bathroom mats and the bedroom linens and throws in the living room need to be upgraded. The rubber mattress pad was annoying, but more importantly the bed is comfortable. Aside from the couch there are 2 amazing lounge chairs in the living room. Screens need to be replaced in the porch, but that is a building issue, not an owner issue, since there have been many upgrades and improvements in the facility. We are grateful for our time there. Thank you Ginny!

Comfortable, Clean and Excellent Communication

Loved our stay! Everything you need is in this condo. Ginny is an excellent owner. She really thinks of everything for your stay. The communication superb. The condo clean and so close to the pool. The bed is super comfy and recliners are just what we needed after a day exploring. If you are looking for a comfortable, home away from home with a great location this is the place.

Locked out unresponsive host

My husband and I briefly checked in and left our belongings before going to dinner. When we came back, we were unable to get back into the condo. We were unable to contact the host Ginny. Apparently, Ginny was on a cruise. we were locked out with our belongings, including my husband‘s medication, he is a diabetic inside. Ginny texted, but did not call. After over two hours of being locked out, we were ready to go stay with our family we came upon a security guard who was able to contact one of the owners who has a master key to the condos. She eventually let us in. The host Ginny took no responsibility for not providing a way to get into the condo. She never apologized and was completely unavailable. If we had stayed anywhere else where there is 24/7 staff we would have gotten back in the condo in minutes. Also, the dishwasher was not working which the host Ginny indicated before we arrived. The dishwasher was listed as one of the amenities when we reserved the condo. Ginny indicated that she left products to wash our dishes and assumed we would want to wash our own dishes. Last, the only smoke detector was on the kitchen counter when we arrived. In general, the condo was not what we expected. The pocket doors were flimsy, the shower inadequate, the lanai had broken tiles and screens. We were expected to do 2 to 3 loads of laundry. The host Ginny was completely unavailable and unresponsive to our basic needs.

Last minute getaway, awesome

Ginny is awesome, extremely helpful and welcoming. The property is super clean, exactly as advertised. New security systems, so some learning curve but very responsive while we worked through it.

Beautiful unit

Amazing view. Enjoyed watching dolphins and boats from the balcony every morning. Very clean unit, everything provided. Condo and pool area kept up nicely. Excellent communication with host. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo in Marco Island!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for one month and enjoyed every moment! The condo is nicely updated and very clean with everything you might need! The view is amazing and the location is so convenient to so many things. Ginny was a pleasure to deal with. We will certainly be back!
