When’s the last time you’ve sipped your morning coffee or tea on a balcony framed by palm trees? It’ll become your morning ritual here. Out there, the only noise you’ll hear will be from the gentle sway of the palm trees and deep blue water lapping on the docks.

The tropically modern interior is every bit as inspiring with its sand-hued tile and walls and cozy furnishings. With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit, the deep blue river is your constant backdrop as you enjoy a meal on the wooden table or entertain guests in the living room. Colorful beachscapes and sea-themed sculptures enhance the feeling of tropical tranquility.

The sun-brightened kitchen contains all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of cocktails to serve guests on the balcony overlooking the communal pool and Marco River.

In keeping with the tropically modern setting, the bedroom looks out at a row of palm trees and the beauty of the river. Every night, you’ll fall asleep to fragrant tropical breezes from the Marco River outside. Along with all the closet and drawer space you need to feel at home, it features an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a glass-enclosed shower.

This unit comes with air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, linens, and towels. It also gives you beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for that short drive to the silken white sands and turquoise waters of the Paradise Coast.

Marco Island is famous for having every fun-filled activity under the Florida sun. Take a swamp buggy tour of the Everglades. Charter a fishing boat. Wade through warm tidepools in search of shells or go snorkeling in warm water alongside sea life.
