The living room features plush seating, a queen sleeper sofa, coastal accents, and a large wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors open to a spacious screened-in balcony furnished with comfortable outdoor couches and ceiling fans—perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or enjoying the fresh gulf breeze. The gourmet kitchen is a showpiece with white cabinetry, brand-new stainless steel appliances, gold hardware, floating wood shelves, and a large center island with seating for six. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a warm dining area with an oversized wooden table ideal for gathering, entertaining, and family meals.
