Start your day with coffee on the covered porch and Gulf or bay peeks. Lounge by the heated pool, grill out, or unwind in cozy outdoor seating. End your day with a sunset stroll or walk to town.

The Space:
The entrance to the house is up a level of stairs, with a midway landing that leads to the front door. Inside is an open concept living room/kitchen/dining space. There are 3 king en-suites with private baths and balconies. One more king room plus one with 2 double beds and balcony with shared bath. There are 4 full and 1 half bathrooms. The backyard has a covered patio lanai area next to the pool with seating for both dining and separate lounging, sun loungers, and areas with shade all day. Garage parking for 2 cars plus 4 more uncovered.

Guest Access:
Private entrances from garage to ground level foyer with elevator. A private entrances up a flight of stairs from foyer. A third private entrances from outside stair case.
