💳 Security Deposit – A $600 bond is required before check-in via credit card authorization (fully refundable if no damage occurs).

Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the suite or anywhere in the building or complex.

In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.
