Unwind at new and beautiful Blue Wren Hill
Blue Wren Hill, a contemporary newly built (2023) & furnished home, sits amid rolling hills, 5 minutes from Gloucester. French doors lead to expansive decks, frame big blue skies, majestic clouds & spectacular sunrises over the Mograni Mountains.
This clean and fresh home features white cathedral ceilings throughout apart from the bathrooms & passages & engineered whitewashed oak flooring. It has no carpets so is a low allergen house, a feature which is enhanced by our very industrious Deebot robotic vacuum & our "no pets" policy.
Blue Wren Hill is designed to function as a large house that can accommodate a large family or group of friends to a limit of 13. However it actually consists of two separate self contained sections joined by an enclosed passage so is well suited for two smaller families having a holiday together. Both sides have their own kitchen, lounge and ducted air-conditioning and all rooms open onto either the 3m wide covered deck that runs along the entire 27m length of the front east facing side of the house or the 2m wide uncovered deck that runs along the entire back west facing side of the house.
The larger right hand house has three bedrooms, the main (queen)with an en-suite with shower & another bathroom with both a bathtub, walk in rain shower & double basins. The kitchen on this side is a large open plan design combined with a living room & a large oval table which comfortably seats 12. This area also has a european style laundry with a heat pump dryer & front loading washing machine. The TV on this side is in the main bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed & the 3rd which leads off the living area has a single bunk bed with a pull out single trundle bed. (3 singles)
The smaller house or "cottage" has two bedrooms (both queen) & a queen size sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom with a bathtub, walk in rain shower & double basins. The kitchen & living room is also a large open plan design, has a four seater table & a wall mounted 85 inch TV in the living area.
Sink into a soothing bubble bath with lovely views of sheep on the hillside from both bathtubs. Luxuriate in silky organic sheets. Breathe in fresh air. For breathtaking views, take the nearby scenic walk to the top of the iconic Bucketts Mountain. Frolic & refresh in rivers just minutes away.
