Waterfront Brechin Cottage with sauna and hot tub!

This beautiful log cottage is less than 35 feet from the waterfront, with an expansive dock, wood fired sauna and hot tub, and sunroom overlooking the water.

The Main Cottage has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a full bathroom (with bidet!), fully equipped state of the art kitchen including multiple coffee makers, living room, and sunroom. The sunroom boasts dining table, sectional sofa, and convenient bar fridge.

An Adult Bunkie is steps away from the main cottage, with a queen size bed, bar fridge, coffee maker, and half bathroom. Your own private retreat to relax!

A second kids playroom bunkie allows for an additional special space for quiet and peace.

There are two gas fireplaces in the main cottage, one in the central living space and a second in the sunroom. Additionally, there is a full size wood burning stove in the Tiki bar, a firepit, and BBQ.

The spacious dock lends itself to al fresco dining, and has a step ladder for easy swimming access for all ages. Enjoy the crystal-clear lake with a gently sloping sandy bottom, perfect for swimming and wading, where the water stays clean and inviting all summer.

A small, sheltered waterfront area bordered by natural rocks creates a safe, shallow space ideal for young children to wade and play. The rock edging helps keep the sandy bottom in place while gently separating this calm zone from deeper water. It's a peaceful, parent-friendly spot where little ones can splash comfortably along the lake's edge.

If requested prior to check in, the wood fired hot tub can be filled for you with fresh water and the fire lit prior to your arrival. In addition, you can enjoy the lakeside sauna with glass doors facing the waterfront, allowing you to take in the sweeping views of lake Simcoe.

Brechin and the surrounding area offers convenient food shopping, and a quaint mix of casual and fine dining.

Lake Simcoe is a popular year-round fishing destination offering both open-water and ice fishing. Brechin's shores are known for excellent bass, perch, pike, lake trout, and whitefish.
