Welcome to your lakefront escape, a spacious family home set right on the shores of beautiful Lake Macquarie. With sparkling water views from the main living areas, generous bedrooms, and an easy indoor to outdoor flow, this is the perfect base for relaxing days on the water and sunset dinners at home.

Downstairs you’ll find a private foyer that opens to light-filled living and dining zones, plus a formal dining room for special meals. There is a separate indoor gym with an inbuilt spa for a quiet soak after a day on the lake. The main lounge frames uninterrupted water views, and the well-equipped kitchen with Caesarstone benches looks straight out to the lake through wide picture windows. This level also includes a laundry with a third shower, handy after a swim or paddle.

Upstairs offers four extra-large bedrooms. The main suite has its own balcony, a spacious ensuite with a bath, and excellent wardrobe space. A three-way family bathroom features a shower over bath, double vanity, and separate toilet. Two additional bedrooms open to balconies with beautiful lake outlooks, and the fourth bedroom is also notably generous.
