Amazing views of Blackfish Creek, walk to beach, swim at mid- and high tide!

Comfortable, nicely-equipped, waterfront 3BD, sleeps eight. Ever-changing water views from the main living areas and two of the three bedrooms.
Enter a open main living area with wonderful ever-changing views of Blackfish Creek. The living room has comfortable seating (chairs shown in photos, owner is getting a sofa) and a large flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV cable channels provided (stream additional content with your own account). The living room opens to the dining area with a large table and seating for eight.
Off the dining area is the well-equipped kitchen with electric range, dishwasher and drip coffeemaker. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the mud room off the kitchen. There is also a half bath.
A door from the dining area leads to the roomy screen porch with lounge seating and great Blackfish Creek views.
Behind the living area is a separate open workspace with desk--you can still enjoy wonderful water views as you answer emails.
One the the home's three bedrooms is on the first floor. This, the primary bedroom, has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks and oversized shower. Large windows in the bedroom provide water views.
A staircase at the center of the home leads to the a spacious and open loft on the second floor. This bright loft has comfortable seating and a large flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV cable channels provided (stream additional content with your own account). One of the two sofas is a pull-out sleeper, providing additional sleeping accommodations for two. Great space for games, reading, relaxing or a movie. Same wonderful water views too.
The home's other two bedrooms and bathroom are off the loft. One bedroom has a queen bed and water views and the other has two twins. The bathroom has a tub/shower.
Air conditioning: The first floor has two ductless split unit air conditioners--one in the main living area (near the dining table) and the other in the primary bedroom. The second floor has central air conditioning.
Enjoy bug-free relaxation on the screen porch with comfortable lounge chairs. A fantastic spot for everything from morning coffee to evening cocktails. A door from the screen porch leads to the large deck, spanning the length of the house. The deck will have outdoor dining and lounge furniture and a gas grill.
Steps from the deck lead to the yard. There is an enclosed outdoor shower on the opposite side of the house from the screen porch.
A path leads down to the water's edge. Follow the path along the shore and swim in the marsh at mid- and high-tide. This is an incredible spot for beachcombing and exploring. Launch a kayak and take in Wellfleet's natural beauty from the water. Water level and access vary with the tide.
Short drive to all Wellfleet has to offer including a ten-minute drive to Wellfleet center and harbor for restaurants, galleries and shops. Short drive to the town's bay and ocean beaches and beloved fresh water ponds. Short drive to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites and Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
