Nuevo en 2004, esta es una casa contemporánea, espaciosa, de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, con aire acondicionado central, ubicada en un entorno privado a unos 3 km de Indian Neck Beach. Nuevo para 2015, sus mascotas están permitidas siempre que sean hipoalergénicas, de menos de 20 libras. y sin derramamiento. La casa tiene capacidad para 7 personas y tiene un porche con mosquitero en la parte trasera y un porche cubierto envolvente a ambos lados de la casa. El PISO PRINCIPAL consta de las áreas de sala, comedor y cocina, medio baño y un dormitorio principal con una cama king y un baño contiguo con ducha solamente. En el SEGUNDO PISO hay dos dormitorios en el segundo piso, uno con 2 camas individuales y el otro con 1 cama individual y 1 cama queen, un área tipo loft / sala de estar y un baño con bañera y ducha. Las playas de Indian Neck están a unas 2 millas o menos, un agradable paseo en bicicleta o un corto trayecto en coche. Está a unos 5 minutos en coche del Centro Wellfleet y un poco más lejos del estanque y las playas del océano. No reembolsable $ 185. 00 Tasa de seguridad administrativa más impuestos estatales y locales aplicables. Lovely, well-equipped cottage

Had a lovely week. The house is the best outfitted place I've ever seen up including all the kitchen gear, beach stuff, a lobster pot, and a pair of bicycles. The description undersells the place. And the pirate ship is awesome!
