Comfortable condo for 2 adults and 3 kids. We found the property to have everything we needed. Even simple things like clothes hangers, laundry hampers, box fans, detergent- all made our stay easier. Will be back!

We were very happy with our stay at this condo! The condo was extremely clean and fully updated. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. We had to utilize the maintenance staff for one issue to help toddler proof and they came first thing the next morning and helped. We will for sure stay here again!

The furnishing, kitchen and laundry were all great. Only two minor problems …one hair dryer blew only COLD hair and should be replaced.

We loved staying at 5 Beach Club Villas. The place was exactly as described! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry area: cookware, glasses, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. They even had Cling Wrap and Aluminum Foil!!! When we called about shampoo, they delivered the next morning. We appreciated the proximity to the beach. The beach area in front of the villas was not too crowded even for Spring Break/Holiday week. It was so nice to have beach chairs there. We did not use the pool. I did stick my toe in and it felt like bath water which was great for this time of year.Lastly, we loved that the place came with 4 bikes. We rode to Harbour Town and to breakfast and dinner. It was wonderful to not have to fight traffic. We look forward to returning soon!
