The heart of the home is the expansive private pool, featuring built-in seating along both sides — perfect for long afternoons in the sun or relaxed evenings with a cocktail in hand. Surrounding the pool, the villa’s open-concept layout seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, making it ideal for entertaining or simply enjoying time together.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is a standout, featuring Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Cove appliances, a Cuisinart coffee maker for hot or iced coffee, and a Ninja Mega Kitchen System for smoothies, food prep, or frozen cocktails. Adjacent to the kitchen, a BBQ and bar area connects directly to the pool deck, while both indoor and outdoor dining spaces comfortably seat up to 10 guests.
The living area is designed for shared moments, with a 70” Smart TV perfect for movie nights, game days, or winding down after the beach.
