La isla de las Islas Turcas y Caicos es el hogar de algunas de las playas de arena blanca más hermosas y aguas cristalinas. Nuestra casa ofrece una perspectiva completamente nueva sobre el color turquesa. Lo creerás cuando lo veas mientras cruzas las puertas de Villa Capri. ¡La piscina infinita con vista a Chalk Sound parece fluir directamente hacia el océano!


Pase sus mañanas disfrutando de su café en la terraza trasera mientras el océano vibrante cobra vida con el sol. Nuestra cubierta frente al mar es un gran lugar para subirse a un kayak y explorar Chalk Sound. ¡No se sorprenda si los coloridos peces vienen a saludarlo! A medida que el sol comienza a ponerse, date un chapuzón en la piscina o toma un cóctel en el patio mientras observas cómo el cielo cambia suavemente los tonos de nuestro querido azul a rosas y naranjas. 


Villa Capri está bien equipada con todas las comodidades modernas que uno necesitaría para unas vacaciones frente al mar. Las cuatro habitaciones tienen una cama king y su propio baño privado. Creemos que pasará la mayor parte del tiempo cerca de la piscina (¡la vista no mejora!) lo que hace que la parrilla al aire libre y el área del bar sean un lugar fantástico para comer y escuchar las olas. 


Chalk Sound es una parte aislada de la isla que lo hace tan tranquilo y relajante (¡por eso llamaron a nuestra parte de esta hermosa zona Serenity Court!). Hay muchos restaurantes increíbles en la isla entre 10 y 25 minutos. ¡Mientras exploras, encontrarás que la cantidad de playas para disfrutar son infinitas!

Gorgeous View of the Chalk Sound!

The view was amazing! The privacy, location, security and outdoor space of the property was wonderful! The layout of the house was ideal for 2 families with teenagers (with a large, open living space, 2 refrigerators, 2 washer and dryer sets, and 5 bedrooms each with a private bath). The house was clean and safe. There were some maintenance issues and furnishings that needed replacing, but the property owners were receptive, so we think they will be resolved. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation!

Fantastic Location for Easter Break

This property is every bit as magnificent as it looks online. The house was clean, being on the sound is beautiful and enjoyable to kayak, paddleboard, etc.. kitchen was very well stocked. and our hose was incredibly responsive both leading up to the trip and during our stay.

Chalk Sound Villa

Villa is largely as advertised, we had no issues that required us to contact management. The kitchen is well equipped, even includes a spice rack. Solar heated pool not quite warm enough for coldest winter months, but frames a beautiful backdrop on the sound. Very close to Taylor beach. Quiet side of the island.

Fabulous home

Ugh do we have to leave? Absolutely stunning. The house was perfect for our blended family of 8. On top of the beauty surrounding us, the house was clean and modern. Loved the design. Great location from Taylor beach. A bit of a drive to Grace bay but we loved the location. House has everything. We cooked one night because roads and rain flooded some of the streets so we stayed in. The pool and views are spectacular. The beds are comfortable and plenty of towels. No issues but we have to leave.

Disappointed in Quality

There were some issues with the house including a broken chair, broken tiles and broken back door. Overall disappointing based on how much we were paying for it and it didn't seem as luxurious as advertised. Location was nice.

Great Place to Stay

The Villa was a great place to stay and a great location! It was refreshing to hang out in the pool and have access to the sound also. The host was quick to respond with any questions or needs we had.

Great time in the Caribbean

Wonderful place to stay for a quiet island getaway. Calm beautiful waters and no shortage of fun activities to keep everyone entertained. The infinity pool was icing on the cake and made for an everyday viewing masterpiece!

Loved this location.

We loved staying at this villa! The beds were comfortable and ample amount of pillows and extra blankets, it was very clean upon arrival! There were more than enough life jackets as promised, stand up paddle boards, kayaks and pool toys! The laundry was great to have on site, plenty of towels provided and the showers were stocked with what we needed! The house manager was very very responsive and helpful in anything we needed. There were some upgrades that need to be done to the house such as the kitchen chairs were dated and not sturdy and some of the tile was broken (but was covered with rugs so didn’t bother us)- But nothing that interfered with our stay. Chalk Sound is an amazing spot and we will definitely be returning!!

Gorgeous view

I stayed here with a group of 9 friends. The view is gorgeous! I really wish i could give the house a 4.5 stars but ultimately went with 5. We loved the close location to Sapidilla Beach which we loved more than Grace Bay. We loved the size of the house with large open kitchen/dining/living spaces, and the bedrooms were all nicely sized with en suite bathrooms. The house was very clean and they provided plenty of high quality staples (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, hair dryers, etc). However, there were too many items in disrepair for the money that was paid. I wouldn't mention any of this if the price was a bit cheaper. But here's a sample list: Several areas where the floor tiles were broken and covered with area rugs. These tiles actually crunch under your feet. There was a broken lounge chair. All of the loinge chair covers were worn. The outdoor tv in the pictures was not there. The outdoor fridge was not working. The dining chairs are very worn. The bathroom towel rack had one side hanging down where you can see the hole in the drywall behind it. The lamp shades in the front bedroom were literraly bent/broken with the light hanging down. None of these items prevented us from having a wonderful vacation and enjoying the house, pool and view! If these small items could be taken care of, this house is perfect!

Scenic, Overpriced, Kept Security Deposit

The view from the property is wonderful. The value for what you pay is questionable. However, what really was disappointing was the fact that the property management took $800 from our card on file to pay for pre-existing damages to the garage door (which was open when we arrived, thereby hiding the damages from view). Beware booking with this management company. Please feel free to scan my own reviews; I have been a highly rated guest for years and don't usually post negative reviews.

The best Turks and Caicos villa

The villa was great. Clean. Beach chairs were available. Well stock with kitchen gear. We cooked at the cilla every night. We went to the beach but enjoyed the pool so much that we preferred to stay there. Great stay thank you

Amazing vacation home!

This home was beautiful and had breathtaking views! The set up allowed our two families to come together and enjoy vacation as well as retreat to our own spaces when needed. The house had everything we needed. The outdoor space was nothing short of perfect! We spent all our time there enjoying the ocean, pool, games and meals in the beautiful outdoor space. The location was perfect and getting around was quite easy. We would return to the islands again and would look to stay in this location.

Gorgeous views and pretty house but needs some improvement

Absolutely stunning views and perfect layout of the house. Excellent cleaning of the home and property manager was responsive to texts during daytime and repair folks came quickly (propane tank was nearly empty and we couldn't even grill hot dogs, electric teapot replacement, leaky master toilet, etc.). Property a bit tired (pool really needs re-plastering with giant holes. Some interior walls have holes, drapes won't close since they duct-taped the curtain rod at the top as a fix, A/C for one of the rooms didn't work well, etc). Road was very rough and unpaved but that's not something this villa can control. We paid $225 for the "recreation package" with beat up equipment - 2 kayaks and 2 standup boards, but they gave one bloodied adult life vest and one child life vest only. Chalk Sound is not super deep (5 feet, we were told), but the wind is incredible. It's easy to get swept out there and not get back without super human strength. It's quite choppy there and there were usually whiteheads in the water. I'd expect more life vests at the very least since we paid extra for the "package" which should have been included in the rental amount anyway. Unfortunately, during our last evening, the power went out. All the other villas around us (including some rental ones) has backup generators, but we were left with no candles and all dead batteries for the many flashlights they had there. So I'm assuming that power outage is not a rarity there. It was stifling in the bedrooms all night as we couldn't open the windows / sliding doors due to no screen. The detached garage door and the gate did not have battery backup. Fortunately, we didn't park in the garage that night or we couldn't have left for the airport early next day. The gate opened up only 1/3 of the way... Towards the end of our week long stay, the cockroaches decided to come out and there were at least 3 laying in waiting for us in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Understand that this is a tropical place but perhaps better spraying would be in order. All in all, our family enjoyed our stay, but for the price we paid (over $2000 a night), that was a terrible end to our vacation. I tried to tell the property manager about some of these issues. How can I say this delicately? It was service but with a healthy dose of attitude. She wasn't exactly rude, but she wasn't exactly nice either.

Beautiful villa on Chalk Sound

Group of eight adults stayed one week. Villa was very nice, updated amenities and very spacious. Outdoor space is great, we watched playoff football while cooking dinner on the grill overlooking Chalk Sound. Everyone had a great time, as a group we have traveled to other islands and this was by far the nicest villa so far. View from patio/pool is amazing If the immigration entry and exit were better managed the overall island experience would be enhanced.

Beautiful View

I’d give this 4 stars instead of 5 for the following reasons 1.) pool wasn’t heated 2.) main grill didn’t work, secondary grill starter didn’t work 3.) Wi-Fi code incorrect on email communication 4.) the 50 yard road leaving house is disaster 5.) ice maker is broken House is beautiful & 5k of repairs could make this 5 star property.

Great home away from home!

36 hours before I plane was set to land our other house rental fell through, talk about stressful. We were lucky to find this house was available! Taylor from Equity Residences is a God send and was incredible to work with! He helped us secure this home, and the house was a home run! Even though it's on Chalk Sound, it has the complete feel of being on the ocean, with a wide open, spectacular view. The pictures on the website are a true representation of how nice the house is. Turks and Caicos is about the outdoors, but the comforts and cleanliness of home makes it even better. Perfect home for families or a couples trip. Hoping to get back to Turks soon, and this house is the first place I will look to book.
