Welcome to Calm Waters, your private beachfront getaway on beautiful North Caicos! This spacious 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath luxury villa is perfect for large families or groups looking to relax, reconnect, and experience the best of island life. This spacious retreat combines modern comfort, fun-filled amenities, and the laid-back elegance of Caribbean island life. From sunrise swims to rooftop sunsets, every moment here feels like paradise.

LIVING SPACE

The villa’s open design allows for plenty of space to gather and relax. A fully equipped kitchen includes all new appliances, island seating and walk-in pantry. Off the kitchen is a separate dining room as well a family room where you can take in the ocean views. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor.

Downstairs, the family room offers endless fun with a pool table, ping pong, wet bar, tv’s and plenty of space to unwind. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor.

The bedroom setup is as follows:
Main Floor (3 Bedrooms)
- Main Suite = 1 King Bed
- Pool View Bedroom = 1 Queen Bed
- Island View Bedroom = 1 Queen Bed
Downstairs (3 Bedrooms)
- Pool View Bedroom = 1 Queen Bed
- Middle Bedroom = Can be either 2 Twin Beds or 1 King Bed
- Front Bedroom = 2 Twin Bunkbeds (This room was built as an office so has no door but is great for young kids)

OUTDOORS

Step outside to your private paradise. Enjoy the large pool surrounded by lounge seating or enjoy some friendly competition with the pool volleyball and basketball setups. At the beach you can take the kayak out for a paddle on the calm turquoise waters or simply relax on the soft white sand. Three beach palapas provide shade if desired.

Off the kitchen and family room is a large covered deck that overlooks the pool and ocean. A table and chairs allows for relaxing or another place for meals. There is an outdoor grill.

The incredible rooftop deck is the crown jewel of Calm Waters – complete with wet bar, dining table, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, grill and firepit. Enjoy the amazing 360 degree views of the island and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

North Caicos is a short hop from Provodenciales. Once you arrive on Provodenciales you will either take a ferry, private charter or small plane to North Caicos. All 3 are very scenic and easy. We can help with transportation arrangements.

Casa Q - Incredible Villa

We loved the home and the island. Would absolutely come again and stay. Barbara, the Property Manager, was incredibly helpful with getting us initial groceries, answering questions, lining up taxi, etc... We flew in on Caicos Express from Provo and took the Ferry back. Both are very easy. Have nothing but good things to say about the house. If you are looking for a spacious house away from the crowds this would be an excellent choice.

Beautiful remote location on North Caicos with fantastic hosts!

Michael and the Sandy Point crew were incredible hosts, extremely hospitable and helpful, and the house and pool are great for large groups, with vibrant blue seas footsteps away, secluded and private.

First off the house is beautiful and our host Barbara was absolutely amazing. She helped with everything!! The house is an older house I feel and it needs lots of updates and repairs but the thing that was the worst was that there were sand flies and they were everywhere we could not enjoy the pool. We could not enjoy the beach, Access the beach chairs, hammock we were getting bit up constantly. I felt they were more like fleas but was told they were sandflies. Just horrible. They really need to spray or something to help with that.

Mike was amazing!!!! He helped us navigate our time on North Caicos. Great food at the Green Island Cafe. Also great dining…. Barracuda beach bar & grill, cilantros at pelican beach resort was also a place we ate several times during our stay. We had both linch and dinner….excellent!!! Also, dragon key was a beautiful beach to visit for the day. Beautiful view & a nice cafe on the beach, great food.

The view and ocean were spectacular. The pool offered much enjoyment. Even though we rented a van, we still felt isolated. The pool table and ping pong table offered a good deal of fun.

Amazing Escape!

I stayed here for 6 nights with a group of 7 friends and it was an incredible experience. The villa, pool and semi-private beach were absolutely awesome. You'll definitely need a rental car to get around (Regine, the villa manager, can set that up for you). I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway that's off the beaten path. Loved it!

Our stay at Casa Q was outstanding. The communication with management as well as the owner was constant and thorough. Traveling with 14 people with an age range from 86-2, could have been challenging, but the management company made it very easy. Upon arrival, the house was spotless. North Caicos is a slice of heaven on earth. We would definitely stay at Casa Q again.

Paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Q! A large group of us traveled to celebrate my 30th birthday and Casa Q made it all worth it. the house is gorgeous, and the proximity to the perfect beach was to die for! the house owners were so responsive and informative with all of our questions / needs. the property manager, carlos, was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. i look forward to returning someday!

Paradise just as described

I had a large group (11 adults and 4 children) stay at the home during Thanksgiving week. It had plenty of room and the pictures really do it no justice. The house was in great shape with all of the amenities that you need. The star of the home is the backyard with private beach. It is secluded and absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks to Michael and the house staff for taking care of us and cooking a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner!!

Fantastic Family Get Away

We had a fabulous time on North Caicos! The house was exactly as marketed online, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The property manager was available and helpful and special thank you to Michael who was such a huge help and a great tour guide! The island is definitely quiet but we enjoyed that. We liked having easy access to Provo, and we had fun exploring North and Middle. Definitely recommend! One downside was the bugs… hopefully the homeowner will be able to figure that out soon, definitely bring lots of bug spray.

Perfect Place

Michael & Ransel are incredible. They helped us with transportation, food, recommendations and were very kind. I cant say enough about how good they were to work with. Thank you guys. As far as the house goes you have to keep in mind that you are on a very secluded island and you cant get much unless you bring it. Yes the house could use some touch up and repairs but all and all it was a great stay. Beds were comfortable, clean and well kept. The house was very clean. The bathrooms were clean the kitchen was great. (they need some sharp knives) but we really enjoyed the house. Thank you!

The home snd site are beautiful. Pool is unbelievable. A private safe scenic setting .

The property manager and property owner were very helpful with logistics. The scene is magical with outstanding views of beach and a HUGE pool. The house is very spacious with lots of amenities . There are some items in need of repair or replacement. We did very basic cooking and overlooked the items in need of repair or replacement. I have never been to a private beach and would enjoy this experience again.

What an amazing stay! The house is clean, updated, spacious, and comes with everything you need (dishware, appliances, washer/dryer, tvs, game room, towels, comfy beds and more) to really enjoy your stay. The pool is the largest residential pool i have ever seen. So fun! Most importantly the beach is spectacular. White sand, crystal clear water. Our party simply laughed as we only saw 5 other people on the "what seems to be mile-long stretch of pristine beach" the entire week. A true escape from reality and we felt like we were the only ones on the island. Amazing!! Coming back!!!

The house manager Michael is amazing....so helpful and an excellent communicator. All of the people he lined up to help us - the drivers, the boat transportation people, and the chef were friendly and responsive. These connections are key because the house is quite isolated. The house is set on a beautiful beach with clear green water and soft sand. Our only issue were the bugs which were quite aggravating. I don't know what can be done about that, but it did impact the enjoyment of our stay.

Breathtaking views!

We were a group of 14 adults that recently stayed at Casa Q. The home is a short drive from the ferry & was super clean upon arrival. The home comfortably sleeps 12, with one bedroom featuring 4 twin bunks to accommodate up to a total of 14 guests. The room featuring the red bunk bed set is more of an office space without a door, however, we were able to improvise some privacy. The pool was clean and the grounds in relatively good shape. The kitchen was stocked with necessary tools and appliances, along with a BBQ grill, and there is a washer and dryer.The house manager Barbara, was nothing short of fabulous. At our request, she ensured the home was pre stocked with food & drinks. Barbara made the effort to check in with us during our stay, and provided assistance promptly when needed. The Sandy Point beach area is stunning and clean. Most days it was just us without another person in sight. The water was beautiful and calm. The pool is quite large (the volleyball net should be replaced), and was also clean.There are some beachside chairs plus a few with cushions that surround the pool.We mostly ate at the house due to the size of our group, however My Dee's was awesome for dinner. We hired Merrica as a private chef for a celebratory dinner as well, it was awesome.The home, while accomodating, does show wear and tear. Regardless, it was spacious, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Experience of a lifetime- PARADISE

We wanted to take our family (8) adults away for our 30th wedding anniversary and we decided on sandy q. The communication started the day we booked this location both the owner and property manager were so responsive and gave the best advice on how to make it so special. We are definitely going back and didn’t want to leave this amazing house and beach the pictures don’t do it justice you need to experience it for yourself. Thank you and we have over 1300 pictures to look back and remember this amazing experience. See you next year.

Great stay

We just returned from a week long trip and had a great time with a group of 11 adults. The house is well equipped with everything for a great time. We cooked in the house and had a chef there for breakfast each day and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal for a big group. The beach is truly your backyard and is really beautiful. A word of advice, the bug situation is pretty severe on Sandy Point - there is no amount of bug spray, coils or incense to escape them. This has nothing to do with the property, it’s just part of the island life on North Caicos. The hosts were available at a moments notice and helped us to coordinate everything everything and anything needed to make our trip memorable and enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

Everything you wanted in a relaxing vacation!

If you are looking for a vacation away from everything and everyone, this is your place. Our family of five had so much room, almost to much. The pictures do not do this place justice. The house has everything that you need to be away on vacation. From the time I booked this property, the communication was amazing. Regine, the property manager made sure that all questions were answered. We had opted to have her do the grocery run for us and it was the best decision we made. Regine was there for us the whole week and was always available. We recommend renting a car because you are in the middle of the island with nothing around.
