Our home sits right next to Portside Wharf, where morning strolls along the river meet long, wine-filled dinners just steps from your door.

The Space
Our home is at the heart of Hamilton, within one of the most quiet and comfortable apartment complexes in the area. Every detail, from the made-to-order furniture to the moody elegance of Noir’s interiors, has been thoughtfully curated to create an unforgettable stay.

Full bathroom with a walk-in shower and toiletries provided to kick start your journey
Sunny living area with a super comfy recliner lounge and 70-inch smart TV for ultimate relaxation
Cute balcony with outdoor setting, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks
Guests are welcome to look after our plants during their stay
CityCat ferry terminal nearby with easy access to the CBD.

Please note that this is a privately managed apartment. The building managers do not assist short-term guests and only provide services to long-term tenants and property owners.
If you need anything during your stay, including check-in support, please contact us directly. We are your first point of contact and are here to help.
Other Things to Note
We’re really looking forward to hosting you. To help make your check-in smooth and easy, we kindly ask all guests to complete a quick online pre check-in before arrival. This only takes a couple of minutes and helps us prepare everything for your stay.
A refundable damage deposit will be required and will be returned promptly after your stay, provided everything is left in good order.
Pets
Pets are welcome but must be approved in advance.
We can accommodate one small to medium-sized pet only.
$170 pet fee per stay to cover deep cleaning
$300 refundable pet damage deposit, returned after checkout if no damage is found
Keys & Access
We provide one apartment key and one key card by default.
If you require a second set of keys, a $200 refundable security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes.

Check-in from 3:00 PM
Check-out by 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are available by request. Please message us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate.
Guest Verification & Security Deposit
As we do not have a front desk or on-site staff, guests are required to complete a pre check-in form upon reservation confirmation.
This includes:
Photo ID verification before arrival
A $300 refundable damage deposit, returned within three days of checkout, provided the apartment is left in good condition
House Rules
This is a strict no-party property with zero tolerance for unauthorised gatherings.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please respect the neighbourhood and all building bylaws.
Only park in the designated parking space provided for the unit. Unauthorised parking may result in fines or towing at the guest’s expense.
Please leave the home clean and tidy upon checkout. Excess mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.
