The views were amazing! Seeing dolphins and manatees from the patio was so fun to see! The sunrise was beautiful!!

Check in was easy enough with door codes. Parking is not as easy. Not enough spots. Pool was enjoyable. Quiet area so it was relaxing. The unit was as described. Enjoyed the balcony - perfect for daily sunrises.

Room was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable and the views were amazing. Matrress was ok, firm but sqeaky. Location next to state park was very convenient. Grills were burnt out and dirty. The area around them was beat. The noise from the dock construction was distracting and we had to close the doors on some beautiful mornings. Elevators were a drag but are scheduled to be replaced. Hot tub and pool were nice. They should move the pool brush and skimmer so they dont block the view. Overa a great spot and would stay there again.

We’d like to clarify for future guests that several of the items mentioned — including the grills, common areas, elevators, pool setup, and dock construction — are managed by the HOA, not individual unit owners. While we certainly understand how these factors can impact a stay, the timing of maintenance, upgrades, and construction are outside of our direct control. That said, we’re happy to hear you still enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and overall experience, and that you would consider staying again.
