Oceanfront balcony access from living room and master bedroom. Beautifully decorated unit includes central air, ceramic tile floors throughout. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, NEW washer/dryer, 3 flat screen TVs. Just newly painted and new glass sliders have been installed. There is plenty of seating in the living room to watch the HUGE TV - movie night are better when TV is bigger! The whole family can sit around the generous dining room table with plenty of seating for game night. Relax and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the oceanfront balcony.
