By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these Terms & House Rules.
Please treat our home with care and respect our neighbours at all times.

• 🚭 Strictly NO smoking
• 🎉 No parties, events, hens, bucks or Schoolies
• 🔞 Minimum booking age: 25 years
• 🚗 Please follow all parking instructions provided

⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Late check-out must be pre-approved and is subject to availability and additional charges.
Unauthorised late check-out will incur a $110 per hour fee.

• 🔑 Contactless entry via key safe
• Keys must be returned to the lockbox on departure
• Failure to return keys may result in management and/or replacement fees

🍳 COOKING
Cooking strong-smelling foods (including curries) is not permitted.
A $450 deep cleaning fee will apply if odour removal is required.

🚫 PET POLICY
This property is strictly no pets allowed.

⚠️ UNAVAILABILITY
If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. fire, storm, damage):
• You will be notified immediately
• Alternative accommodation will be arranged where possible
• If not, a full refund will be issued

Host on the Coast is not liable for additional accommodation costs.

🎉 PARTIES & NOISE
• Strictly NO parties or functions
• Breaches will result in immediate eviction without refund
• Additional cleaning, damage, and security charges may apply

Please respect neighbours:
• 🔇 No excessive noise at any time
• Quiet hours apply – no noise audible outside after 10:00 PM

🛏️ LINEN & TOWELS
• Linen and bath towels are provided
• Please leave used items in bedrooms or bathrooms on departure

Additional terms:
• Extra linen available upon request (fees apply)
• Stains or damage may incur replacement charges
• Stays over 1 week: optional housekeeping service (fee applies)
• Stays over 2 weeks: mandatory housekeeping service (additional fee)

Failure to comply may result in termination without refund.

⚠️ GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests are responsible for:
• Any damage, breakage, theft, or loss
• Reporting any issues immediately

Additional conditions:
• 👥 Do not exceed the approved number of guests
• 🔇 No disturbance to neighbours at any time
• 🔑 Lost keys/lockouts: $100 call-out fee + replacement costs

🧹 BEFORE DEPARTURE
Please ensure the following:
• 🧊 Remove all food from the fridge
• 🗑️ Dispose of rubbish in allocated bins
• 🍽️ Wash and put away all dishes & cutlery
• 🍴 Empty the dishwasher
• 🔥 Clean BBQ after use ($100 fee if not cleaned)

Additional charges may apply for:
• Excess rubbish
• Dirty kitchen or unwashed dishes
• Unemptied fridge or dishwasher

🏠 PROPERTY CARE
• Leave the property clean and tidy
• Return furniture to original positions
• 🚭 Smoking indoors will incur a $400 penalty
• 🚫 No illicit drugs permitted on the property
• Allow access for repairs/maintenance when required

Host on the Coast is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

📦 Lost property: If any items are left behind, we are happy to arrange their return. Please note this will incur a $30 administration fee, in addition to the postage cost.
