Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.
Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:
$50 for 1 dog
$100 for 2 dogs
Fees are collected post-booking during digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover damages.
Smoking & Substance Policy
No smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use anywhere on the premises.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of neighbors and the primary residence above.
Contactless Check-In & Host Access
Smart lock entry. Hosts available via message or text anytime.
Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
Digital guestbook provided with house details, local recommendations, and options for early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability).
Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some platforms require a refundable $250 security deposit. Returned promptly if no damage or policy violations occur.

Disclaimer: we do have exterior cameras only to watch over our beautiful home when ourselves and guests are not staying there.
The home has a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. As your hosts we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time.
We would love to host you while you’re in town and are happy to meet plausible requests or modifications you might need for your visit.
Other HOUSE RULES and important notices:
A retired couple lives in the main home and does not have access to the basement and will not be a bother during your stay!
Quiet Hours: Out of respect for our neighbors quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am please discontinue the use of hot tub and keep volumes down to a minimum
No garage access.
Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property.
We do not allow any type of parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes.
Parking: Driveway and Street Parking is available in front of the home.
Reports of failure to comply with the smoking/drug policy, noise curfew cut off time of 10pm and pet policies can result in immediate eviction with no refunds and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done to the property that hinder another same day check in.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
