D&O escape is a spacious 0.46 acre tropical resort. A harmonious blend of elegance, comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Your 3,282 sq ft luxurious home is a private vacation oasis.
This upscale resort home has a treasure trove of amenities. The crown jewel is the outdoor oasis. With a huge in-ground, heated, saltwater pool that is 40 ft x 20 ft and 3 ft at shallow end and 8 feet at the deep end. An attached 7 person jetted spa; all entirely enclosed by an ornate aluminum fence with self-closing gate for child safety.
Comfort is king in this palace, and so is your bedroom. With 2 bedrooms boasting a king bed, nectar memory foam mattresses, choice of soft or firm pillow, and lavishly appointed. Dreamy deluxe en-suite Master bathroom boasting dual sinks, walk in shower, and large jetted tub to soak away the stress. Master bedroom has a view of the pool, a private door to the lanai, and a walk in closet.
Turn up the fun and revel in the game room. Get competitive and battle it out on the regulation sized foosball or air hockey tables. Step up to the Pacman video arcade game and see if you can get the high score. And for those rainy days, there are plenty of card and board games to keep the entertainment going for hours of enjoyment. If you want to get physical there is a basketball hoop in the large driveway.
The entire back yard has a privacy fence and is a haven for relaxation and play. The lawn is spacious and just begs to play yard games like corn hole. A pine forest encroaches on the back of the property and perfectly blends opulent living with serene nature.
Dine with poolside tranquility at the ornate 8 person cast aluminum dining table that includes swivel chairs, emerald cushions, and a large cantilever umbrella with LED lights. Or recline on the lounge chairs or Adirondack chairs under an umbrella while the kids splash in the pool and play pool volleyball and pool basketball. Then enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, keeping the house dry and the bathrooms available. And the cherry on top is outdoor blue tooth speakers that you can connect to and really amplify the mood.
In the evening gather around the fire pit for stories and s'mores; or prepare a feast on the Weber 4 burner propane BBQ grill. Then Retreat to the bug free tranquility of the screened lanai; with cushioned seating, video projector, and remote controlled screen for movie night. This comfortable and cozy lanai is an outdoor delight that will warm your heart next to the propane fireplace.
Indulge in the opulence of the interior with a wide open floor plan. The spacious living room seamlessly opens into the dining area and full kitchen so everyone can “be together” and still have their own atmosphere of vacation bliss. The bright open spaces, beachy décor, and 10 ft high ceilings create a unique blend of luxury and comfort that will make your stay unforgettable.
Whip up delicious dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample granite counter space. Then serve your masterpieces on the exquisite 12 person sintered stone dining table. There is even a baby high chair. And in the morning there is a separate coffee station and breakfast nook looking out over the lanai and yard.
Movie nights are a breeze in the plush living area: with a 65 inch Samsung 4k smart tv, and detailed with an electric fireplace, an oversized sectional sofa that you can sink into, and a couple of cozy accent chairs.
Each spacious bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, with Samsung smart TVs and premium furnishings, promising a restful night's sleep. The bunk room is equipped for safety and comfort with a rug and bean bag chairs so the little ones can have their own movie/play room.
Finally, if you have to work, then escape to the office room which is appointed with a stone top desk set at a window with view of front yard. You have a comfortable swivel chair, printer/copier/scanner. If you get a little tired of working at the desk, there is a sofa bed so you can sit or lay down and take a break in your own private office retreat.
For your beach excursions, help yourself to our beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels. We have adult chairs and children’s chairs. For wave adventures enjoy the boogie board and skim board.
The property is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi, central Heat/AC and full-sized washer and dryer. Extended driveway allows for more than enough parking spaces, plus room for a boat or RV in side yard. Bring along your bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, or beach gear and store them in the 2 car garage.
Located in a safe, centralized, upscale Navarre neighborhood that is 4.4 miles(10 minute drive) to Navarre beach’s emerald waters and powdery white sands; but on the mainland, away from the crowd. Conveniently close to restaurants, stores, shops, and other emerald coast cities makes for easier travel adventures. Public boat ramp and Hidden Creek Golf Course is minutes away.

POOL AND SPA: SPA is set to guest preferred temperature all year. From March to October, POOL will be heated to guest preference but to maximum of 82 F. For additional fees temperature may be increased. POOL CAN BE HEATED NOVEMBER, TO FEBRUARY but at additional charges of $150 for first day and $75 per additional consecutive days.
The pool and patio are fully enclosed with a five foot aluminum fence and a self-closing gate to safe guard your precious little ones. Children should NEVER be left unattended outside and in the pool area. Please use our reusable plastic-ware by the pool. NO GLASSWARE IS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA. Swim at your own risk.

GRILL AND FIREPLACES: One spare propane tank is available for each of the grill and lanai fireplace. If guest empties both primary and spare propane tanks, then guest is responsible to exchange tanks for additional propane at guest’s cost and effort.
The lanai fireplace has a protective glass around the flames to avoid fires but please refrain from touching the glass as it can burn if touched. Firewood for the fire pit is not provided. Firewood can be purchased at Publix or the Ace hardware.

CAMERAS: Outside cameras on the property are for security and insurance purposes. Both will record audio and video, but only the front entrance camera will be actively monitored. The back entrance camera is pointed at the pool for insurance purposes and will only be viewed in the event of an incident.

SMOKING AND NOISE: No smoking or vaping in the house. There is a designated smoking area by the fire pit. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the ash trays that we have provided for your convenience. There are very sensitive smoke and noise detectors in the home. The system will alert the host if smoke, excessive noise or tampering with the device occurs. Any violations of smoking/vaping are subject to immediate eviction. Tampering with the detector will result in a $300 fine and guest must allow host immediate access to reset the detectors. Any alerts of excessive noise will be reported immediately to the guest and if noise violations continue despite three warnings, then guest will be immediately evicted.
Our smart home technology will alert host if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

NO STREET PARKING allowed in holly by the sea community

FULL ACCESS to entire property except for 1)one of the two master bedroom walk in closets which is for owner’s supplies and 2)the shed in the yard.

Liability: You are accepting full responsibility for the safety of renting parties and all guests; and agreeing to supervise children to ensure their safety. KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED ALL THE TIME IN THE POOL AREA. Owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury, or damage to or loss of personal property. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

EVICTION: Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons and any unused rental monies will not be refunded:
1) Exceeding maximum occupancy, 2) Disruptive behavior, 3) Bringing any type of pet onto the property, 4) Smoking in the home, and 4) Violating local laws while on the premises.

DISCOUNTED RATES sometimes available for extended stays of 1 week or more.

SNOWBIRD SEASON runs from November 1 through February 28. Booking on a monthly basis during this season is discounted

A rental agreement will be sent to you to sign. We also ask that you update the names of the adults staying at the property. A $1,500 Security deposit hold on a credit card will be applied and then refunded after your stay if there are no property damage or fines are assessed.
