As you step into this tranquil haven, you`ll be greeted by a harmonious blend of minimalist design, natural elements, and modern amenities. The soft lighting, quirky yet soothing color palette, and carefully chosen furnishings create an oasis of calmness. Admire the stunning views of the inner harbor through the large wall to wall windows, allowing the natural light to flood the space and enhance the sense of tranquility.

Indulge in the plush bedding and Queen size mattress ensuring a restful night`s sleep, and wake up refreshed to start your day in this idyllic setting.

The well-equipped kitchen offers convenience for preparing full meals including stovetop, oven and dishwasher. Or a short 7-10 minute stroll will have you placed in the centre of Raglan town for a choice of delicious dining options, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The light-filled bathroom offers shower, vanity and toilet along with underfloor heating to keep those tootsies warm during the cooler Winter months.

Outdoors you have the choice of enjoying your morning coffee or evening tipple from seating areas on either elevated deck at the front or the rear of the apartment. The front deck providing beautiful water views and the rear a covered area overlooking the tropical landscaped garden. Guests are welcome to explore and enjoy the gardens of the entire property.

You will have access to the entire apartment and outdoor deck areas. Please note the driveway is a shared access and the garage beneath the apartment is not for guest use. There is off street parking in front of the studio as well as parking on the right side of the driveway.

This house has a 3pm check in time. If the house is ready earlier, we will happily message you and let you know on the day.

Please note there is no washing machine at this studio.

This is a private apartment and fully self-contained, but you should note that the neighboring property on the same section is occupied full time by a single tenant. Entry to the apartment is private and full privacy will be respected by the neighbour and you will not be interrupted or disturbed during your stay unless you choose to engage with them on passing.

The studio is located on the second level, with an elevated wooden staircase providing access to the front door. This is not a suitable environment for babies and toddlers which are crawling/walking as they may take a tumble down the stairs. The studio is only suitable for 2 adults and one stationary infant (under 2).

All linen, towels and basic amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, carton of milk) are included in your nightly rate.

Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay.

For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time.

All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs.

Please note there is a motion sensored security camera at the entrance door. These devices are for the security of the property, but if there is reason to suspect misconduct from guests, the footage and data can be reviewed.

Any personal belongings left behind have a minimum $40 return fee + courier bag/packaging cost (regardless of size). This is to cover travel and time to the post office + administration for the return payment.
No more than the number of guests booked, to a maximum of 2. Additional charges will apply if you exceed the number booked.

Studio Puriri is located in a residential area - A noise curfew is in place between 10pm and 9am for the consideration of neighbouring properties.

Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please do so responsibly and remove butts from the property on departure.

We have a zero tolerance for unauthorised parties or events and you will be asked to vacate the property if there is reason for us to suspect guest misconduct.

Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder).

Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of $25 per box will be applied for disposal.

Electric Vehicle Charging - We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property. There is a fast charging station location beside the town hall on Bow Street.

For any personal belonging/s that are left at the property, there is a $20 (regardless of size) minimum return fee + courier bag/packaging. This is to cover staff travel and time to the post office + administering the return charge.
