This waterfront townhouse has beautiful design-led furnishings and three bedrooms that each have their own bathroom, ideal for guests who enjoy their own space. It is perfectly placed for Raglan`s cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and inner harbour: park the car and enjoy the slow pace on your doorstep.

Split over two levels, upstairs has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a large balcony over the inner harbour. The living room centres on a gas fire with comfy sofas and double-height ceilings. Dine indoors for six or al fresco, or swing in the outdoor chair as the sun sets behind Mount Karioi. The brand-new kitchen has a scullery, gas hob, oven, dish drawer, microwave, large fridge and Nespresso machine.

Upstairs are the king master with ensuite and a second bedroom with two singles using the main bathroom. Downstairs, a carpeted double garage fits two cars or sports gear, and off it is a Superking bedroom with ensuite and a sliding door to a private covered deck. New mattresses, pure linen duvets and per-room air conditioning and heating keep everyone comfortable. All bookings receive a bottle of wine on arrival.

We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder and laundry powder. This is part of a townhouse complex, so neighbours share the sealed driveway. Parking is for 2 cars in the garage, plus free parking on Stewart Street. Wainui Road may bring some road noise, softened by double glazing.

Stroll to morning coffee, sourdough and artisan shops, the Sunday Arts Market or Friday Growers Market opposite, or the footbridge and Papahua Domain for a swim or paddleboard hire. Surfers love Manu Bay, and Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay suit swimming.

- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

To protect your stay and our properties, ID verification is required before access details are released, and your booking is conditional on completing it. After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done. Takes a few minutes; your data is handled securely by the portal operator, SuiteOp. Failure to complete ID verification will result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.
