Thoughtfully appointed throughout, the home accommodates up to 9 guests with:

- 4 main bedrooms in the house

- 1 study next to the master bedroom featuring a double fold-out sofa bed suitable for one adult

- 5.5 bathrooms

- 1 poolside studio set up as a lounge

It’s equally suited to families, couples travelling together, or longer, slower stays.

Unwind completely in the private, state-of-the-art Swedish sauna — ideal for post-beach recovery, relaxation and total indulgence. The pool house, equipped with an ensuite and steam shower, provides flexible space.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor areas. Please note: the garage is not available for guest use.

In around 15 minutes, you can be on Hastings Street or Noosa Main Beach, enjoying pristine sands, boutique shopping, and celebrated restaurants. The historic village of Eumundi, famous for its artisan markets, is just 10 minutes away. Noosaville and

Tewantin are close by for supermarkets, cafés, and relaxed riverside dining along the Noosa River. Outdoor lovers will feel right at home, with scenic walking trails, hinterland drives, golf at Noosa Valley Country Club, wellness retreats, local breweries and wineries, all nearby.

Other Things to Note:

Please note there is a dam on the property. For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times when outdoors.

This is a rural property on tank water - power outages in this area are not uncommon during bad weather due to fallen power lines. Electricity and water supply can be affected, which is beyond our control.
