Newly renovated and freshly painted studio condo. This unit sleeps 4 people with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It's the perfect place for a small family or a couple’s romantic getaway. You can prepare your own meals in the fully-equipped galley kitchen. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen; just bring your coffee pods. There is a large flat screen TV. WiFi and cable TV is included. Some of the amenities include: pool, pavilion, fishing dock and washers and dryers in the pool house. Bring your bikes or rent them here and use the bike path that runs from the corner of Navarre Beach Causeway and Gulf Blvd all the way to the National Seashore. It's just a short walk to the most beautiful sugar white sand beaches with emerald colored water. Leave your troubles at home and relax here at The Palms.

Second time staying at this facility. It is a short distance from the beach access. We made several trips back and forth. Condo has everything you need for a couple trying to get away. Beach chairs, umbrella and even a shell "net". Ice maker is on, and the A/C is cold. One thing thay caught my attention was the "smell" of the domestic water. Not a fault of the owners or management. We just bought caeses of water for drinking, mixing and brushing. I will book with this establishment in the future, any negatives are buried by the amenities and joy this property has to offer.

We had a great stay! The place was clean and comfortable. One small thing to note—there weren’t any basic kitchen staples like salt and pepper, so just a heads-up to future guests to bring your own. Overall, it was a nice experience!

Couples stay

Everything worked as it should. Our towels got stolen in a few short hours we hung them out to dry and there was still dried blood on bathroom door and wall. We just stayed clear of it. Could definitely hear above us. That was something we weren’t used to.

Great Condo

This was a beautiful remodeled condo! It was the perfect size for myself and my husband. I loved that it is right on the bay beach side. We walked down the steps and were right by the beach. The pool was clean too. My only wish it had a dishwasher but way better than a hotel that doesn’t have a dishwasher either. Great trip and perfect place! We will stay again

It was a great stay! This was our 10 year anniversary and my husbands birthday trip. Super clean, all the ammenties!! The host was very commutative with anything I asked him as well. Very friendly!! The view was beautiful! I loved looking out and seeing the water. We didnt use the beach access and fishing pier but it was really cool that was a part of the condo. We also never used the pool since it was just the hubby and I. We stayed at the beach and explored. We just came back to the condo to eat,shower, and sleep. It was on Ohio st. So literally 5 minutes from 37a one of the public beach accesses. I would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone. We loved our trip!!

Great Location

The location is great for beach access (there is a public access to the gulf side very close to the location). Window view of the sound side is absolutely gorgeous.

Exactly what we wanted

My wife and I put together a last minute trip to Navarre Beach and knew we wouldn't need a whole lot for our stay. We found this property, and booked ASAP. We were impressed with the cleanliness given the fact that the amount of sand you bring back from the beach on a daily basis. The distance to everything is super nice and we enjoyed the location of this property. We would book this property again given the chance. highly recommend.

To small for more than two

We had three people and were way cramped. The pull out sofa was awful to sleep on so our son just slept on the couch. The coffee maker didn't work, we had to buy one. There was not enough toilet paper so we had to buy more. The renter was supposed to leave us with some wrist bands so we could prove we belonged on the property but didn't. That might have been mis communication between renter and the rental office. I did reach out to our renter about the coffee pot and they still have not responded so im given a poor/average review. Anyway i would only recommend this place for a couple and thats all. The place is to small to keep more than one suitcase and sleeping arrangements are sub par.

Perfect Spot for couples

Made a last minute trip with my husband and Merle was super helpful with managing that. We were able to check in a few hours early too! Condo was super clean and exactly as described. Beautiful view of the sound and extra comfortable bed. We were happy to make use of the beach chairs and umbrellas too. Close enough to walk to the beach or just hang out at the property and make use of the private pier and covered sitting area. We also utilized the washers and dryers in the pool house, easy peasy. Will definitely consider using this property again!

Nice place to stay

This studio condo was perfect for me and my boyfriend on a 4 day trip for my sister’s wedding. It had all the amenities we needed inside the condo with a beautiful view of the ocean (we even saw dolphins from our window!). Very short walk to the pool, very close to normal beach access, but far enough away from the congestion closer to the pier. The condo was clean and chic and we were very happy with our experience!

We have stayed at Sunset Harbor many times. This unit was our most favorite yet. Very clean. Conformation bed with cozy linens. Beautiful sunsets from the unit window overlooking the bay. Highly recommend. The only suggestion I have is to replace the Keurig with a larger unit that is faster and holds more water.

We were fortunate to have perfect weather for our stay there. We spent time sitting by the Sound and were treated to dolphins! The condo was lovely and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great time for 2

If you’re looking for a quiet, laid back place this is it. Far enough from the active areas to be quiet yet close enough to walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants or shopping. Only complaints: Sleeper sofa would be considered cruel and unusual punishment if that was where you had to sleep, horrible! We pulled it out to watch TV, it worked for that but to spend the night on….no thank you. Bathroom could not be smaller. I’m a large size guy it had little room to spare. That said, you don’t go on vacation for the bathroom. Unit was well stocked with necessities and location was great. For a couple, 4 stars for more maybe 1star.

Sunset Palms

This condo is fairly small but sufficient for 2 people. We had our daughter with us so when we pulled the couch out it made it very difficult to get around to do anything. The main areas such as the bathroom toilet, sink and kitchen counters were clean. However, this condo is in a serious need of a good dusting, dust on the walls and everywhere. Also the curtain between the main area and the bedroom is really gross. Listing said newly painted and it did not appear newly painted to me. The pool was nice and quiet. It was nice to have the fishing dock and fish cleaning area for my husband. I am not sure how safe of an area this is since we had a trolling motor stolen from our trailer in the parking lot. Overall, I would probably not stay here again. I do prefer a balcony room and I prefer to stay closer to the beach than this location. But this was a last minute trip and not much to choose from. We will visit Navarre Beaches again, it was beautiful. Thank You!
