Charming 27 m2 ground-floor apartment in the historic heart of the village, overlooking a pretty, very quiet square. Shops, bus stop, Provencal market and all amenities within a 5-minute walk.

Free public parking available 5 minutes' walk away.

Also ideal for seniors (only 4 steps to the entrance).

The apartment comprises :

- a dining area with open kitchen (electric hob, combi oven/microwave, very quiet Bosch refrigerator with small freezer compartment)
- sleeping area with Queen Size bed 160x200 cm, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers
- a shower room with toilet: shower tray size: 70x70 cm
Please note:
1) No washing machine, but launderette 5 min walk from apartment.
2) Sheets and towels provided only on request: €10 supplement.
3) 4G reception inside the apartment disrupted by thick walls, but perfect outside. Does not allow telecommuting.
4) No Wifi in the apartment, but free Wifi in several places in the village.

The village of Saint Cézaire is ideally located for visiting the Côte d'Azur: Grasse, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, Lake St Cassien, the Verdon gorges... But also to enjoy all the activities of this typical Provencal village, with its caves, festivals and beautiful nature walks.
