Just a 10-minute scenic drive along Surf Highway 45 from New Plymouth, this charming retreat is a short stroll from the popular swimming beach and river. Nestled in a quiet area near the Oakura 4Square, restaurants, cafes, and specialty shops, it offers a blend of convenience and tranquility. A one-minute walk takes you to Butlers Reef, where fantastic music events and gigs are held over the summer.



Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the owner's friendly little dog, always eager for a pat. This lovely open-plan retreat is located at the bottom of the owner's home, featuring a separate entrance for great privacy. Butlers Lane Retreat captures the essence of Oakura Village with its chilled-out surf vibes and retro appeal.
