This top-level 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located in Avarua town area, we offer a comfortable and affordable stay for travellers who want convenience without the high price tag.

Wake up to calming views overlooking the lush green vegetation that leads all the way to town and the sea. A truly local Cook Islands experience. You can watch the planes land & enjoy the cooling tropical breeze, with peaceful surroundings, and convenient access to nearby shops, cafés, markets, and the beautiful island lagoon.

The kitchen includes - a full oven, fridge, toasted sandwich maker, and basic appliances, along with crockery and cutlery. There is no microwave yet.

NOTE - WIFI
We do not have WIFI connected yet, we are working on this and hopefully have this up and running soon, this is why we keep our prices low.

MOBILE PHONE DATA -
You can buy Mobile Phone Data to connect when you come through the Rarotonga Airport,
GO to VODAPHONE SHOP, there you can buy a local travel sim that will last the days you are on holiday, or you can go into town you can walk there from Golden Palms, you find Vodaphone and other shops sell mobile data, ask local people they very nice and helpful.

We have recently done some cosmetic renovations, giving a new fresh look to the upstairs apartment.
Whether you're visiting for adventure, relaxation, or a simple island break, this cosy apartment offers everything you need for a relaxed and affordable stay in the town area of Rarotonga, Cook Islands.

Guest access
🗝️ Guest Access, through a lockbox.

Guests have full private access to the entire top-level 1-bedroom apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, and fully equipped kitchen.

You will also have access to:

-Your own private entry via the side stairs (no shared entry)

-Large parking area on the property

NOTE:
There are long-term guests living on the bottom level of the building.
They have their own separate apartment and entrance, they do not share any part of the upstairs apartment. They are very nice and helpful.

ℹ️ Things to Note

We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially during early mornings and late evenings, as long-term guests living downstairs of the property.

Quiet times are from 10pm to 8am

Bathroom products are not provided,
We currently do not supply shampoo, conditioner, or body soap, please bring your own toiletries.

Guests are welcome to bring their own towels.

We only provide,

2 beach towels

If you require additional bedding or more warmth, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

On-site cleaning and sheet replacement are not provided during your stay.
However if you do require a change of sheets please send us a message and we will try and get hold of the cleaners to drop this off to you.

Guests are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the apartment for the duration of their stay.

Cleaner:
If the guest requires a cleaner, we can arrange one to come and clean for you during your stay. This will include an extra cleaning fee you pay the cleaner directly for their service. Please email us directly, and we can arrange a cleaner to come clean for you and give you their set fee.

Rubbish days are Friday, please empty all your rubbish on Thursday into the bins located on the property, you can push the bin onto the roadside if full and bring back in for your convenience.

The top-level apartment has its own private entry via the side stairs and its own drive-in entry for private parking, guest use only.
